Job Duties

CCCA is seeking an individual to work as a housekeeper to provide a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for patients, staff, and visitors at the Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents.

This posting is for 1st shift with rotating weekends, state holidays and to provide backup for housekeepers who are on vacation.

Candidate must have general knowledge and skills in cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, dayrooms, floor finishing, and cleaning/operating housekeeping equipment.
Candidate must be able to read, write, perform basic math calculations, lift heavy objects, prolonged standing, walking on various surfaces, climb ladders, work on knees and work in various conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

General knowledge and skills in cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, dayrooms, floor finishing, and cleaning/operating housekeeping equipment.
Read, write, perform basic math calculations, lift heavy objects, prolonged standing, walking on various surfaces, climb ladders, work on knees and work in various conditions.

  • Experience in housekeeping preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
