Job Duties
This position will also be responsible for timely resolution of user issues as described above and through customer feedback from email or verbal comments; completing work orders, forms, and documentation required within 24 hours of task completion; and training WSH/CCCA users in the proper utilization of network resources so that users can take advantage of new network features.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to configure, analyze, and troubleshoot TCP/IP based networks (Ethernet, FDDI, 802.11, 802.1x, Broadband)
- working knowledge of information security standards (HIPAA Security Rule, NIST 800-53, or the Virginia Information Security Management Standard SEC501)
- Advanced knowledge of the deployment, configuration, and support of Windows based desktops (Windows 11) and current Microsoft server operating systems (File Server, IIS, SharePoint)
- Experience working with LAN/WAN systems
Additional Considerations
- BA in Computer Science
- Network certification (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional, CompTIA A , Network , or Certified Wireless Network Administrator)
