Job Duties

To assist Facilities Manager to effectively meet the responsibility for the staff to maintain buildings, utilities, equipment and grounds on the Nottoway Campus. This position is to manage AOS and CMMS Coordinator. This position will also be the liaison for ICC (Incident Command Center) for Nottoway campus during an unplanned crisis or loss of utilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word required.
Prior Experience coordinating goals and objectives with internal and external customers required.
Computer Maintenance Management Services Experience required

Additional Considerations

Previous office management experience preferred.
Considerable knowledge of applicable rules and regulations pertaining to Environmental Services/Safety to meet Environment of Care standards preferred.
Prior experience working with EVA preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in a state facility preferred
