Job Duties

Responsible for inputting and developing staffing schedules for nursing departments. This position will ensure nursing departments have the necessary staff scheduled to work to ensure the safety of both patients and employees. Administrative Policy 33 (Attendance: Scheduling Rules and Procedures) will serve as a guide to ensure staffing effectiveness is maintained. Under the guidance and direction of the Chief Nurse Executive, performs staffing, scheduling, replacement staffing, record maintenance, filing and attendance tracking. Knowledge of office practices and procedures. Demonstrates ability to perform a variety of complex duties and to communicate with all staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge in varying levels of healthcare function and staffing needs.
Experience using MS Office Suite is required

Staffing experience is preferred
Experience working in a secretarial, administration assistant, or similar position required
