This leadership role is equal parts agency development and strategic client partner. This person will join us as a key member of the Integrated Planning & Strategy team at a crucial time when its scope, size, and influence are growing within the Creative & Media team.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape best-in-class integrated media strategy and planning, driving implementation across various verticals and brands (both B2C and B2B). You’ll work closely with business development, client partner, creative, data science & analytics, data & tech, and channel activation teams to retain clients and win new ones.You’ll be responsible for : LeadershipSupporting the expansion of our Integrated Planning and Strategy practice within the Creative & Media team at DEPT.Elevating a client’s ambition to overdeliver and bring proactive growth-oriented solutions.Championing the work by having a deep understanding of our partners' business.Having a strong passion for critical thinking, problem solving, and understanding how businesses, brands, and customers interact.PlanningLeading full funnel, connected media and data-driven strategies.Understanding first-party data to elevate strategic opportunities.Monitoring marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitors.Using insights from data to tell a story.Steering the creation of holistic communication plans and corresponding media strategies.Partnering and collaborating with internal teams when creating and executing holistic media campaigns.Building collaborative relationships along the way.Being a trusted advisor for internal functional team members and external partners.Boosting morale and developing team culture.Providing new or different thinking and sharing ideas openly.Strong communication and presentation skills.Being a strategic thinker and problem solver.You’ll need to have : 6 years of hands-on experience in omni-channel media strategy, planning & activation.Experience working with nationally / globally recognized brands.A balanced mix of robust B2B and B2C experience.Understanding of brand and performance media.Able to articulate a persuasive point of view.Curious, creative, rigorous, and analytical.Able to understand clients' visible and invisible needs.Strong collaboration, client relationship, and leadership skills.Experience with media industry research and planning tools.WHAT DO WE OFFER?We are a collaborative, open-door environment that fosters personal and company growth.
