This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days a week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Denver, CO office located at : 3320 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80205

You’ll be responsible for :
Leadership
- Support the expansion of our Integrated Planning and Strategy practice within the Creative & Media team at DEPT within North America and globally.
- Actively contribute to our communications planning practice, while steering media strategy and planning practices.
- Elevate a client’s ambition in ways that allow us to overdeliver and bring proactive growth-oriented solutions.
- Champion the work by having a deep understanding of our partners' business and what makes it tick.
- Strong passion for critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how businesses, brands, and customers interact.
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to support the growth of client relationships.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The anticipated salary range for this position is $111,300 – $161,400 . Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact.
