Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements. Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting. Recent experience using office equipment (i.e., computers, printers, copier, and fax machine).

Additional Considerations

Experience working in Corrections Information System (CORIS). Working knowledge of Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) and ACA (American Correctional Association). Courses in office administration or equivalent training. Working knowledge of a multi-line communication system. Experience in filing or record keeping or data entry.
