Job Duties
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality's Valley Regional Office is seeking an Administrative and Data Coordinator to provide administrative and technical data management to the business and media programs. Perform record management to include analyzing and managing data integrity and performing quality assurance and control. Provide effective customer service both written and verbally to internal and external parties. Support program management activities. May perform a variety of high level administrative and business tasks as assigned. May assist with technical program specific tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft applications, CEDS, ECM, and Logi databases. Demonstrated ability to collect, record, interpret, and manage data in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with the public, peers, and co-workers effectively and professionally. Demonstrated knowledge of business and media functions and procedures and ability to perform all duties accurately and independently. Demonstrated ability to organize work in a manner that assures processing and accomplishment of priority items are completed on a schedule.
