We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with experience in budget management, procurement, or auditing as well as experience in a mailroom environment. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Responsibilities will include assisting with mail delivery across the agency, supporting staff by checking in packages, uploading Receipt of Invoices (RIRs), and addressing email inquiries to ensure the timely delivery of small packages.
- The candidate will also print and label purchase orders, contact vendors regarding delivery issues, and create spreadsheets to maintain organized records.
- Additionally, the role involves providing customer service and picking up small packages up to 50lbs as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license
