Job Duties

Responsible for all food preparation such as hot and cold food prep including vegetables, salad, baking, proteins, and desserts. Work with special diets. Serve meals in a resident dining area. Assemble assorted diet food, purée, other requirements and daily snacks. Responsible for next day breakfast, lunch, or dinner, prep and catered/special events prep.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous experience preferred. Must be Serv Safe certified within one year of employment.
