Summer Arts 2025: Early Childhood

Derby Academy offers vibrant summer programs for ages 4-15 on Derby Academy’s beautiful 27-acre campus in Hingham, Massachusetts. The flagship program, called “Derby Summer Arts”, offers classes in all of the visual and performing arts, plus many more areas as well, plus programs for younger students. Seasonal position: Early Childhood Care Provider Half-day (9-1) or Full-day (9-4) with ages 4 & 5 or ages 6 & 7 Summer Arts: June 23 - July 25, 2025 (Monday - Friday) and/or Specialty Week: July 28 - August 1, 2025 Please specify your availability and preference for full day or half day, age group and the full 5 week camp and/or the 1 week specialty camp in your cover letter. Responsibilities and Expectations: Responsible for co- leading and supervising a group of young campers. Co - lead specialized age-appropriate learning activities, games, and crafts. Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the group. Collaborate with the “KIDS” Department Head and the other staff to create a well-rounded camp experience

Salary : $2,500 - $4,000
