What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cage Cashier position at Derby City Gaming?
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading the daily operation of Cage and Player
- Assist in development of Team Members and participates in the coaching & retention
- Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming
- Ensure safety and security of team members and
- Delegates duties and assigns responsibilities to Team
- Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the gaming facilities assets and
- Review Cage activities and marketing promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team, then communicate and implement with frontline Team Members.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a cashier/banking environment is preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Able to obtain a state-issued racing license.
