The Assistant Manager collaborates with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations of the parlor. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire the team, and the capacity to make sound decisions in the manager’s absence. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, demonstrating dependability, and maintaining effective communication and organizational skills. The Assistant Manager must also ensure compliance with company policies and Wyoming gaming regulations.
Essential Job Duties:
· Assist in maintaining daily safe balance and populate master safe sheet
· Manage logbooks
· Review jackpot paperwork for accuracy and make applicable corrections as needed
· Ensure overall cleanliness of building, both indoors and outdoors
· Process end of day paperwork
· Drop-box collection and count
· Allocate funds, including back up teller safe
· Assist with new employee training & employee development
· Direct, motivate, and coach employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
