Tellers should excel in customer service, with the primary goal of ensuring guest satisfaction. They must demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, technical proficiency to diagnose and fix machine issues, flexibility in shifts and tasks, and strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling and record maintenance.

Essential Job Duties:

· Enroll new players with players cards and explain card benefits

· Promptly greet and visit with guests

· Perform morning, night, and shift change cleaning

· Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Educate guests on horse-racing, off-track betting, and HHR machines

· Accurate cash handling in redeeming guest vouchers

· Process and report jackpots

· Assist with drop-box collection

· Fix machines that are down or nonoperational

· Verifying the identification and age of guests

· Monitor and promote responsible drinking

· Conduct daily promotions and drawings

· Balance bar, teller, and HHR drawers

· Stay current with TIPS training

· Stock and clean bar

· Maintain clean gaming floor

· Regularly wipe down machines and chairs

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to stand on your feet for 80% of the time

And all other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
