Position Overview :

Step into a key role with us as a Sales Support / Business Development Representative! You’ll be the go-to person assisting our dynamic Sales Team, including Account Executives and Account Managers. Your day-to-day will involve supporting sales efforts, managing customer interactions, and helping to grow new business opportunities. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a supportive and successful team, this is the role for you.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to find and pursue new customer opportunities while providing general support.
  • Customer Onboarding : Help new customers set up their accounts and place their first orders smoothly.
  • Guidance and Support : Assist customers with our online ordering system and resolve any questions or issues they might have.
  • Lead Engagement : Reach out to inbound leads and introduce them to the fantastic products and services we offer at Redemption Plus.
  • Stay Connected : Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, keeping them updated on new services or features that might interest them.
  • CRM Management : Accurately log all daily activities in our CRM system to keep track of our progress.
  • Reengagement : Work with Account Managers and Executives to reconnect with lapsed customers and develop strategies to rekindle those relationships.
  • Market Expansion : Reach out to potential and underserved customers to help grow our market presence.
  • CRM Learning : Get to know Salesforce and use it effectively to streamline your tasks.
  • Additional Tasks : Assist with other duties as needed, supporting the Sales Manager and the team.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1 years in a similar role preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong customer service background and relevant extracurricular activities will be considered.
  • Location : Commutable distance to Overland Park, KS, for a Hybrid : Partial WFH, In-Office 3 Days / Week schedule
  • Skills :
  • o  Basic business process knowledge.

    o  Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, Zoom Info / Microsoft Teams. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

    o  Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

    o  Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and planning skills.

    o  Enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal development.
