Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst who can analyze and understand financial performance versus expectations for discussion with and presentations to division senior executives, company founders, and corporate managers. The person in this position will serve as the main liaison and working partner to the financial and accounting team at the parent company. The person in this role will need to build relationships with the IPv4.Global team leadership and Streambank leadership and Global financial team leadership to understand all sources of data and end user reporting needs. In addition, this position will assume a lead role in SalesForce.com software implementation and support. This role will overview other financial and administrative functions in the future.

Data Storytelling

Data Integrity
Monthly Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analysis.
Board and Sr. Exec Reporting:
- Provide financial Analysis and data visualization for Sales, Margin, and Expense Dept Analysis and critical subledgers such as inventory, invoicing, and sales history by product and customer
Process Improvement:
- All Departments… Recommend and implement improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance and assess ROI of potential business expansion.
- Software leadership and Support: This role will also be an integral part of process improvements, system implementations, and automation projects for SalesForce.com as well as other key packages.
- Contract Management: Oversee vendor compliance and implement a purchase order compliance system
- Cash Flow Management: forecast and manage capital needs, credit facility usage, acquisitions, financing, and operating cash flow.
- Financial Management:
- Understand and ensure compliance with Parent company’s financial policies and procedures
- Monitor the firm's financial performance, providing strategic recommendations to ensure financial goals are met.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Proactively build, automate and enhance custom reports to help support the business
- Implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and mitigate financial risks.

Accordingly, we expect the Financial Reporting Manager to vastly improve the information that line managers need to continue the growth curve in managed environment.
Your analytical skills and management talent will be essential to the success of these efforts.
Our compensation plan consists of both base pay and variable/bonus compensation. We expect this key hire to earn between $100k and $135k per year, with possible upside potential as well.
Lastly, if you feel your advice and recommendations were not encouraged in past assignments, this position is different as it reports to the Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer with direct access to the company founders. The company believes your expertise in the assessment of customers, products, and market developments is essential to achieve revenue goals.
Documented Experience
- seven to ten years previous experience in a Financial Management role with a Software or Financial Services organization.
- Five years’ experience with a company with annual revenues between $20M and $100M.
- Proven experience in distilling accounting and operations data into relevant financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Must have prior experience as a staff accountant.
- Experience with fixing and automating processes, including integrating software modules, etc.
- Cost accounting and product-line profitability experience a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven ability to affect change.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Economics, MBA is helpful.
- International financial reporting and controls a plus.
