Job Summary
The Implementation Client Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering and certifying our connectivity services for clients. This position is responsible for managing the entire client implementation process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to complete each implementation within the set timeline while meeting all necessary requirements.
The implementation process encompasses connection setup, testing, data collection, troubleshooting, issue analysis, resolution, escalation, piloting, and thorough documentation of test cases, issues, and solutions. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, as this role involves overseeing multiple client implementations simultaneously.
This position collaborates with various teams across the organization, including sales, client management, solution engineering, engineering, product, and support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the implementation process for assigned clients.
- Set up and certify new connections in the test and production environment. Develop test scenarios, perform testing, data gathering, debugging, issue research, resolution or escalation.
- Test and certify existing connections with enhanced functionalities.
- Document all testing, issues, and solutions as implementations proceed.
- Monitor DerbySoft system performance during pilot period.
- Respond to technical questions and issues regarding DerbySoft products, specifications and system architecture during implementation.
- Attend meetings and participate in company-sponsored training as required.
Experience and Skills
- College degree or relevant experience required.
- Strong experience working with technical focused personnel.
- Knowledge of XML/JSON
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented thinking are required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
