Starting Employment Package Includes but is not limited to:
$18- $23/ hour base pay. Depending upon Licensure Status & Experience. (Annual base pay wage increases are custom)
Base Pay= $39,840/y Plus Commission thru $50,240/yr Plus Commission.
50% of Agency commission on products written for which you have a license. The sky is the limit with endless opportunities.
$200 / month health allowance paid to everyone.
Approximately 14 days Paid Time Off. Including Holidays paid while off and Birthdays Paid while off.
3% Simple IRA Match upon 6 months of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Property & Casualty License in ND &/or MN required. Must have or must be willing to obtain license within two months of employment. (agency will pay for all continuing education and licensure renewal fees moving forward.)
- Life & Heath License in ND &/or MN (not required upon hire but desired)
- Sales experience (including but not limited to outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Salary plus commission/bonus
