Position: Senior Mulesoft Developer

Location: Erie, PA

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities/KRAs:

·        Experience on MuleSoft Anypoint platform, API design and development and exposure to API led connectivity methodology

·        Experience with development & deployment tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Nexus and Git

·        Should have strong understanding on integration experience and be able to implement various ESB patterns.

·        Experience on implementing messaging using one of queuing platform like Any point MQ,IBM MQ, and, Amazon SQS/Rabit MQ.

·        Expertise on DataWeave programming

·        Hands-on experience in API Management concepts & fundamentals. Strong knowledge in Web services and API technologies (RAML, YAML, REST, XML/JSON, SOAP, XSLT)

·        Experience in troubleshooting MuleSoft ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools

·        Should have experience in integrating SFDC, packaged and custom applications, Cloud-To-Cloud, Cloud to On Prem and on Prem to on Prem integrations

·        Should have experience working in Agile methodology

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.,:

Must Have:

·        A minimum of 2 year hands-on work with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Cloud or on premise)

·        Understanding of RAML and how to participate in API-led implementations with a RAML-first approach

·        Strong Java skills and experience with JSON and XML

·        Solid understanding of the MuleSoft exception-handling capabilities and how to integrate those concepts into solution design

·        Ability to translate business requirements into a comprehensive, well-formed technical design

·        Understanding of the difference between RESTful and SOAP Web Services

·        Experience working closely with business users and helping them make critical decisions that will influence the solution by explaining options, concepts, and best practices

·        Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement

·        Excellent written and verbal skills are essential

·        Understanding of project priorities, timelines, budget, and deliverables and the need to proactively push yourself and others to achieve project goals

·        Strong consulting skills to work in a professional manner with customer IT and business users

·        Experience working with source code control systems

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly
