We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our growing team. This is an in-person position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact effectively via phone and email to ensure that all tasks are performed properly, with high quality, and on schedule
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments when needed
- Assist in the production of reports that are due on a regular basis
- Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries via telephone and email.
- Filing, typing, and other administrative tasks as required
A successful candidate should have the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing a plus
- Experience as an assistant with a proven track record.
- Background in financial services and/or insurance preferred.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and vocal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word)
- Strong organizational skills
