Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with pool construction projects, including excavating, forming, and setting structures.
- Perform concrete tasks, including pouring, finishing, and grading.
- Take accurate measurements and maintain proper grading standards.
- Support the installation of pool plumbing and electrical systems.
- Maintain and manage inventory of materials and tools on-site.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
- Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications.
- Assist with site clean-up and preparation before and after each workday.
- Skid steer, forklift, and excavator operation experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary. Experience hauling trailers is preferred.
- Ability to work with power tools.
- Ability to pass a Background check and Drug Screening.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Dependable and timely with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of construction experience (preferred).

Schedule:
- Full-time position with overtime available after 40 hours, especially during summer.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:30 AM, typically ending at 5:00 PM.
- The expected work week is 40-50 hours.
- OT Potential!
- Able to work out of town for 4-5 days at a time, with rare weekend work.
Work Location:
- In Person
- West Fargo, ND 58078: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- Working in the Local area and Traveling across the State
- Multiple build site locations; work leaves from the shop.
- Relocation Assistance Potential if moving to the area for full-time work.
