Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate proposals and close deals.
- Build relationships with general contractors, property managers and construction business partners to grow our expanding commercial painting business.
- Generate leads when you’re not at appointments via relationship building, door-to-door prospecting, and outbound calls to previous customers and leads (*earn extra commission on self-generated leads*).
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction, job KPIs are hit and repeat business is earned.
Expectations & Requirements
- Willing to handle self generated leads and flexible work hours (some evenings/Saturdays depending on customer appointment availability).
- Comfort with rejection and persistence in follow-ups.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record is required.
- Clear criminal history, must pass a background check and drug test.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we offer robust training for the right person.
