Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals: Take charge and drive the sales process from lead to close.
- Generate leads: Door knock, cold call, follow up with old leads, email and more to generate new leads.
- Build Relationships: Use your charisma to connect with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients' painting needs are met to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience Not Necessary: While preferred, we will provide all the training you need to succeed.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Clear Criminal History: Must pass a background check and drug test.
