The healthcare industry is the most rewarding field! DeRidder Retirement & Rehabilitation Center covers 100% of the cost for the NATP course as well as your test upon completion of the course within our facility for those individuals selected.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to scheduled class & work hours with expectation of obtaining certification
- Experience working and communicating with seniors is desired
- Work effectively with general supervision, ability to organize and manage own work load in a busy
- Able to accommodate resident requests for assistance within scope of non-certified assistance
- Ability to communicate well with residents and families promoting customer service and must maintain a calm and warm working environment with team members
- Meet the physical job demands of the position
Hours of Work: As Scheduled. Works weekends and holidays as scheduled.
