Job Description

• Interact directly with patients, providing emotional support and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, to report any changes or concerns to nurses and other facility staff.
• Assist patients with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other facility staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality patient care.
