Role Overview: Provide strategic direction and oversight for product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Manage the product lifecycle, from conception through launch, while driving growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement product strategies based on business objectives, market trends, and customer needs, while aligning with overall business goals to maximize product value and identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and customer teams to support product strategy, enhance features, and manage product lifecycles, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and end-users.
- Foster a culture of innovation by using product performance metrics and data-driven insights to guide decisions, refine product strategy, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product features and ensure products address key pain points and deliver significant value.
- Support the management of product roadmaps, prioritize feature development, and resources allocation to achieve maximum impact.
- Develop and monitor the product budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial feasibility, prioritizing projects based on financial and strategic considerations.
- Support the management of a product's financial performance by identifying opportunities and risks within revenue forecasts and implementing corrective actions to help maintain revenue targets.
- Contribute to growth and profitability efforts by supporting sales initiatives, exploring new business opportunities, and working to expand market share related to the product
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 - 8 Years experience in a product role
Highly specialized knowledge, in-depth awareness of industry trends and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Product Management experience in domain within the iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries.
Specific & Business Knowledge Required:
- Numerate & Analytical Proficiency
- Commercial / Economic acumen
- Product Design Principles & Practices.
- Broad understanding of iGaming operations, regulatory compliance, platform architecture, modern development methodologies,
- AI/ML proficient
- Expertise in market dynamics, customer needs, product roadmaps, stakeholder management, product integration, and fostering innovation in the Gaming, sports betting, casino, or relevant industries.
