Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medispa Co-ordinator / Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Coordinate projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication among team members.
- Respond to email enquires
- Work closely with our CEO regarding patient appointments, influencer collaborations and day to day Medispa activities.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Plan and organize events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage calls and messages professionally.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, demonstrating proficiency in the required skills. Have a passion for the aesthetic / beauty industry. Familiarity with project coordination and event planning is highly desirable. A strong command of technology, particularly Google Suite applications, is essential for success in this position. Experience with DocuSign and customer service will be considered a plus.
