Responsibilities and Duties
Support the practice manager in leading the team to execute all strategies and tactics such as;
Assist the manager in achieving monthly and annual revenue and profit goals
Providing assistance to providers in producing customer quotes and talking through treatment options
Greet and check-in & check-out patients
Perform general office duties at the front desk & back office such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Manage clinic inventories and incoming products
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
A passion for this industry is a must!
Background in Aesthetics and Laser
2 years in a customer service or office role
Sales experience is a plus
Former MedSpa experience is a plus
Skills:
Ability to multi-task within set deadlines
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Goal oriented and eager to win
People person; handle varied personalities and personal situations
Desire and ability to learn quickly
Positive approach/outlook

Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
