Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual revenue and profit goals
Manage, train and develop all clinic personnel
Manage facilities maintenance
Manage clinic inventories
Train on all non-medical aspects
Schedule all clinic personnel, ensuring adequate coverage during all operating hours and optimal productivity of staff
Ensure outbound marketing and other clinic marketing activities are executed consistently
Collaborate with HR to fill open positions at the clinic with high-quality talent
Conduct skin analysis with patients
Qualifications and Skills
A Passion for this industry are a must!
Ability to manage a business that is a combination of Hospitality, Service and Medical.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Medical Spa setting a Plus!
Bachelor’s Degree in business or Health Care (Preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
Proven ability to motivate a team to achieve goals

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
