What You'll Do
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic National Accounts Training Lead to elevate retail performance through strategic event and brand-focused education. This role emphasizes partnerships with Sephora and ULTA to foster brand connection and loyalty. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to store associates, licensed professional skin therapists, Dermalogica Instructors, and Dermalogica Sales teams.

ROLE SUMMARY :
This position leads training initiatives and supports key events, ensuring alignment between education and account goals. You will collaborate with sales to integrate field education strategies that enhance performance and meet specific account objectives. Additionally, the National Accounts Training Lead will provide in-store event support, facilitating educational experiences that engage clients and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assists the Sales Director for ULTA / Sephora and National Retail Sales Director in achieving sales and account targets.
- Implements training programs and educational assets across various training touchpoints to enhance overall educational initiatives.
- Supports Regional Sales Managers to align field education with account goals.
- Serves as the training lead for instructors and sales teams, providing in-store floor training, coordinating events, and facilitating offsite visits.
- Supports Sales Events Manager by attending key Masterclass and VIP events for ULTA / Sephora, ensuring strategic market support and alignment with event goals.
- Ensures clear communication and collaboration with the National Accounts Manager to align training initiatives with broader corporate objectives while focusing on field execution.
