Summary
Medical Records Clerk is responsible for validating and entering patients' health information into the electronic health records system. Additionally, they will compile, process, and maintain patient files. The Medical Records Clerk will also classify and enter patients' medical information into the healthcare industry's numerical coding system.
Job Responsibilities
- Update and Maintain Medical Records
- Data entry into EHR systems.
- Receiving and Faxing Medical Records
- Filing and Pulling Medical Charts
- Scanning notes into the EHR
- Organize Chart Audits

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate
- Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians
