What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant - Dermatology position at Dermatology Associates of Western Pennsylvania?
Job Summary:
Our fast-paced dermatology practice is seeking a clinical team member. Prior medical/work experience is a plus! One would assist the physician with rooming patients and taking histories, office procedures and surgery, wound care, patient concerns via phone, etc. This individual would utilize an electronic practice management system and document via an electronic medical record system. Prior knowledge of medications, procedures, and dermatological diagnoses is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual!
No weekend office hours
The regular hours for this position would be Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30am-6:00pm. For part-time applicants, you would work 3 regular days each week. Full time staff are scheduled for 4 regular days each week.
