Description: Dermatology Associates, the leading dermatology practice in the Tri-Cities region, is currently seeking a full-time Billing Support Specialist (Starting pay at $15/hr) to join our Kingsport office team. This position is responsible for the timely filing of insurance claims and maximum reimbursement for charges, assist front office staff with insurance questions & eligibility, post payments from insurance companies, process insurance refunds and assist patients with billing questions and payment posting. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication ability, exceptional customer service skills and a team player attitude. Prior medical office experience a plus and customer service-related experience highly preferred.
