Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual in our Laser Cosmetic Center at Dermatology Associates as a Front Desk Representative/Medical Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative/Medical Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Additionally, time will be spent with each provider helping serve customers in a professional, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Assist providers with procedures, setting up patient rooms, and ensuring the rooms are ready for the customers
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Two or more years of experience as a medical assistant or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Salary : $19 - $24
