Expectations:
- Deliver engaging new hire orientation & training curriculum in a classroom-style & clinical setting, integrating interactive and experiential learning techniques.
- Collaborate with the Medical Assistant Training Manager, Regional Manager, & Training Director to assess staff learning needs and implement targeted training solutions.
- Support adult learners by incorporating diverse training methodologies, including hands-on practice, scenario-based learning, and mentoring.
- Conduct real-time coaching and provide constructive feedback to staff based on observed performance and workflow assessments.
- Promote a culture of continuous education and coaching to reinforce best practices and compliance standards.
- Implement and support clinical workflow changes and organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and staff adaptation.
- Utilize adult learning principles to develop individualized and group learning plans for offices requiring additional support.
- Continuously assess training effectiveness through feedback, observation, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and oversee actions related to:
- Visit scribing content and quality
- Hands-on assistance for standard dermatologic procedures
- MIPS quality score measures
- Pathology logs and backlog management
- Administrative duties including patient messages, prior authorizations, and fax management

Requirements:Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical dermatology setting.
- Preferred minimum 1 year of experience scribing in EMA by Modernizing Medicine.
- Experience leading teams or serving in a supervisory role (e.g., clinical manager, lead MA) preferred. Prior experience in training, coaching, or education strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clear instruction and feedback.
- Expertise in compliance-related processes, including:
- Instrument cleaning, packaging and autoclave maintenance/testing
- Following and enforcing HIPAA/OSHA/Health Department regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with MIPS quality payment program and ability to train staff on meeting quality standards.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), in-person role.
- Must have reliable transportation to all offices within the assigned region. The assigned region is York, Hanover, Lancaster, Lewisburg, Sparks MD, Owings Mills MD, and Westminster MD.
- Must be flexible and available to travel on short notice to any office within the assigned region for training and support needs.
- Ability to travel within the tri-state region for quarterly summits.
