What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Dermatology Practice?
This position will REQUIRE travel to our offices located in Watkinsville, Gainesville, Demorest, Lavonia, Clayton, and Toccoa.
We are currently seeking front desk team members to sustain and extend excellence to our patients, staff and community.
As a member of the front desk team here at GSC, you will be an integral part in providing our patients with an outstanding first impression and experience. Further, you will help facilitate office flow through checking in and checking out patients, scheduling/rescheduling, taking payments, answering patients phone calls and coordinating with the medical assistants and providers.

As a Front Desk Team Member, Responsibilities Include
· Checking in/ out patients
· Gaining proficiency with our practice management system
· Creating a welcoming and caring culture for patients
· Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
· Answering our patient phone calls
· Verifying insurance
