Our Data Warehouse team plays a crucial role in delivering actionable insights that drive business success. We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help us leverage data for improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing company data, developing reports and visualizations, and ensuring data integrity within our Data Warehouse. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in SQL and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate with business users to transform complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and source system data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting for reporting accuracy.
• Create and maintain documentation, including data mapping, report specifications, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, department heads, and IT teams to understand analytical needs.
• Provide technical support and data insights

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL/MS SQL Server (minimum 3 years).
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, data preparation, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience in a BI and Data Warehouse environment, including ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical insights into business-friendly language.
• Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with healthcare data is preferred but not required.
