BSI is one of the largest skin laser centers in the world, with over 50 lasers on site, and many other non-laser devices for skin and hair conditions, such as 4 ARTAS robots for hair transplant.

BSI is looking for energetic Referral Coordinator to join our growing dermatology and cosmetic surgery practices. Excellent patient care is our number one priority with a team approach to service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive patient inquires via phone or email. Must be able to handle and resolve patient complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on referrals to promote team awareness and ensure patient safety
- Ensure complete and accurate registration, including patient demographic and current insurance information
- Assemble information concerning patient's clinical background and referral needs. Per referral guidelines, provide appropriate clinical information to specialist.
- Review details and expectations about the referral with patients.
- Ensure that referrals are addressed in a timely manner.
- Remind patients of scheduled appointments via e-mail or phone.
- Perform related tasks and assignments as necessary
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in medical billing/collections referral
• Willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of billing software (Nextech software experience a plus)
• Ability to work as an Integral part of a team
• Quick and accurate keyboarding skills
• Calm professional manner; self-motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) is required

Wage Range: $24.00/hr -$27.00/hr DOE
Salary : $24 - $27
