Responsibilities
- Work incoming Home, Auto, and Business Insurance leads
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners like mortgage lenders, realtors, and CPAs
- Organize and implement networking events to grow referral partnerships
- Conduct annual reviews with your personal book of business
- Refer prospects and clients to other team members for Life Insurance and Financial Services solutions
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License prior to the start date to be considered
- Sales-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
