- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – because seafood lovers shop year-round!
- Previous seafood, meat, or grocery experience is a plus—but if you’ve got the hustle, we want you!
- Bilingual in Spanish? Not required, but a big plus in our diverse and lively market.
- Endurance & Mobility – You’ll be on your feet, moving fast, and handling high-energy shifts.
- Strength & Lifting – Must be able to carry, lift, and move seafood and supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Manual Dexterity – Handle knives, scales, and packaging tools with precision and speed.
- Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in a cool, wet environment with ice, water, and seafood.
- Sensory Skills – Strong vision, smell, and touch to assess seafood freshness.
- Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a variety of fresh and raw seafood, including potential allergens.
