What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Owning the Floor)

• Clear, Clean, & Reset Like Lightning – Get tables guest-ready in record time.
• Support Servers & Guests – Be the extra set of hands that keeps everything running smoothly.
• Keep It Spotless – Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining space.
• Anticipate Needs – See what’s needed before anyone has to ask. You’re always a step ahead.

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – because that’s when the fun happens!
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus—but if you’ve got the hustle, we want you!
• Bilingual in Spanish? Not required, but a big plus in our diverse and lively restaurant.

 Physical Requirements:

• Endurance & Mobility – You’ll be on your feet, moving fast, and handling high-energy shifts.
• Strength & Lifting – Must be able to carry trays, chairs, and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Manual Dexterity – Handle plates, trays, and service items quickly and efficiently.
• Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in a busy restaurant with heat, smoke, and steam.
• Sensory Skills – Strong vision, hearing, and communication to ensure top-tier service.
• Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a variety of fresh and raw food products, including potential allergens.
