WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Master the Art of Slicing: Cut and serve premium deli meats and cheeses with precision. Wrap, weigh, and price like a pro while crafting mouthwatering sandwiches and charcuterie must-haves.
• Keep the Deli Fresh & Fabulous: Rotate, refill, and garnish salads and specialty items to keep everything looking and tasting top-notch.
• Deliver Unforgettable Customer Service: Make every guest feel like a VIP with big smiles, helpful recommendations, and the kind of service that keeps them coming back.
• Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a spotless deli—sanitize slicers, clean counters, sweep, mop, and follow all health and safety standards like a true pro.
• Follow Food Safety & Health Regulations: Proper refrigeration? Check. Gloves and sanitary handling? Always. Keeping the freshest, safest, and best-quality products? That’s what we do!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable Transportation – Get here on time and ready to shine.
• Non-Slip Shoes Required – Safety first! (Not provided by company.)

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• On Your Feet: Stand and walk for extended periods—this isn’t a desk job!
• Strength & Agility: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs at or below the waist.
• Hands-On Work: Use manual dexterity for slicing, wrapping, and stocking.
• Varying Temperatures: Work in cold, hot, and humid environments.
• Exposure to Smoke & Steam: Stay comfortable in a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.
• Clear Vision & Strong Communication: You need sharp eyesight and clear verbal skills to ace this role.
• Climbing & Reaching: Confidently use a step stool and reach for success!
