Requirements
- Banquet & Catering Experience – Proven ability to execute large-scale banquets, catering events, and private dining experiences with precision.
- Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook Experience – Prior experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
- High-Volume Kitchen Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple stations and services in a bustling Italian kitchen.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – No visa sponsorship available.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Available nights, weekends & holidays – We’re in the hospitality business, after all!
- Non-slip shoes required (not provided).
Physical Requirements
- Endurance & Mobility – Be on your feet and moving fast for extended periods.
- Strength & Lifting – Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs., overhead, at waist level, and below.
