4617 - 33113 - Machine Set Up 1
Monday - Thursday - 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Conduct operations in accordance with safety requirements.
Mix formula, setup machine, and clean machines as needed for the Solidifier, Multidex and Heel Warmer operations.
Work with the Engineering department to set up tooling for new products.
Maintain a parts inventory for equipment if necessary and is responsible for ordering parts as needed.
Calibrate machines as needed.
Determine a schedule for preventative maintenance on machines and maintain the schedule on a timely basis.
Change equipment over from one set up to another as needed.
Train production personnel on use of equipment and discusses any safety hazards.
