Well established General/Mechanical Contractor specializing in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) seeks Project Manager/Crew Leader. Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills. Experience in construction and/or WWTP construction required.
This position will assist Supervisor with the day to day operations of various projects, working with crew, both in the field and in the office setting.
Job responsibilities (both office & field work) will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and manage schedules
- Attend pre-bid meetings
- Review proposal specifications and drawings
- Assist Supervisor with estimate cost preparations
- Estimate change orders with Supervisor
- Procure estimates and purchase equipment and materials
- Work with clients, vendors and engineers to project completion
- Work in field on ongoing construction projects with crew
- Operate various equipment, machinery and vehicles in construction industry
- Job Requirements:
Experience in Hands-on Construction & Construction Project Management (preferably water & wastewater) required. Estimating experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent computer skills required.
Salary & Benefits:
