Job Summary : Part-time Adjunct Instructor for Spring Semester 2025. Days and times to be determined.
Essential Functions :
- Teaches assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi.
- Develops and / or utilizes a variety of instructional strategies, techniques, and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students.
- Fosters a safe and civil learning environment.
- Informs students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies.
- Monitors, evaluates, and documents student attendance, progress, and competency attainment.
Required Qualifications :
ART 184, 186, 189, 192, 194, 197, 225, 226, 228, 283, 287, 289, 291, 292, 293, 929 (Photography) – bachelor’s degree in related field (An associate degree / diploma in a related field and additional years of related work experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree. Six months of related work experience is equivalent to 15 semester credits.)
3 years non-teaching related work experience in commercial photography & visual communication.
Desired Qualifications : Teaching experience.
