What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Member Service Representative/Teller position at Des Moines Metro Credit Union?
Des Moines Metro Credit Union is a $70-million credit union that takes pride in serving the underserved markets in our community. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative (Teller). This is a full-time, onsite position in Des Moines, IA with a Monday-Friday work schedule (no Saturdays). Bilingual in Spanish is required.
The candidate must have previous cash-handling, customer service experience, and computer knowledge. Job duties will include: handling deposits and withdrawals for members, opening new accounts, and helping translate for Spanish-speaking members. The position is available immediately, and starting wage is based on experience.
