Seasonal Technology Staff

Description: Des Plaines School District 62 is looking for Seasonal Technology Staff to work June 10 - August 8, 2025. 16 year old and over applicants are welcome to apply.

Job Summary: Assist the technology department in cleaning, moving, cabling, software updating and loading of district devices throughout the school district. This position is available M-F from 8am - 4pm; there may be some flexibility in number of hours per week as needed. The rate of pay is $17 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Have access to reliable transportation; this position moves locations throughout the day and week
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English

Working Conditions: District 62 has approximately 4,800 students in grades preK-8 in 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 year-around, K-8 school.

Selection Procedure: All applications will be reviewed by the Chief Technology Officer. After interviews are completed, the Assistant Superintendent will make a recommendation to the Board of Education via the Superintendent.
