Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our Landscape Maintenance team. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong crew performance, and excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for landscaping and a talent for motivating and developing teams in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support multiple landscape maintenance crews.

Monitor job quality, safety practices, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Provide training, coaching, and guidance to crew leaders and crew members.

Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating daily work assignments.

Perform site audits and client walk-throughs, addressing concerns or feedback.

Approve crew time daily/weekly and ensure accurate labor tracking.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Collaborate with Irrigation and PHC teams to identify and report issues, and support service delivery when needed.

Maintain a basic understanding of irrigation systems and PHC programs to help recognize service needs in the field.

Report any issues, incidents, or needs to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a similar field.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape maintenance best practices.

Familiarity with irrigation systems and plant health care (PHC) services.

Experience with time approval systems or timecard management.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
