Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest level of service for our clients and their beloved pets. Duties
- Manage Reception, Group Enrichment and Grooming daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on best practices in animal care and customer interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling of services, including boarding, grooming, training and group enrichment program
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, client interactions, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to animal care.
- Collaborate with Boarding Care Manager to provide comprehensive care for animals.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the service team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the veterinary or animal care industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of animal care practices, including experience as a veterinary assistant or technician.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records.
- Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing exceptional service.
